Separate IT & Transport Services Cards
Our IT services include software development, website design, digital marketing, hosting, and enterprise solutions. Clients must provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and payment for services.
Intellectual property of developed software remains with the company until full payment is received. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or misuse of IT platforms.
Clients agree to follow all applicable laws and not misuse the provided IT services for illegal purposes.
Our transport services include cargo delivery, goods handling, and fleet management. Clients must provide correct shipment details including weight, size, and nature of goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, government regulations, or force majeure events.
Our 3.5 Ton vehicles are dedicated to medium-scale cargo and commercial deliveries. Clients must ensure:
• Goods are properly packed
• Weight is within legal limits
• Hazardous materials are declared in advance
GPS tracking may be applied for delivery monitoring. The company reserves the right to refuse transport of illegal or restricted items.
All services require agreed payment terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. Transport bookings may require advance confirmation payment.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from IT or Transport services. Maximum liability does not exceed total service fees paid by the client.
