1. General Terms

By accessing our IT and Transport platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, website, and business operations.

2. IT Services Terms (60%)

Our IT services include software development, website development, hosting, digital marketing, and enterprise solutions.

Clients agree to: • Provide accurate project requirements • Make timely payments • Respect intellectual property rights • Avoid misuse of hosted systems

All developed software, code, and digital assets remain company property until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or misuse.

3. Transport & Logistics Terms (40%)

Our transport services include cargo delivery, goods handling, and fleet management. Clients must provide accurate shipment details including weight, size, and nature of goods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, government regulations, or force majeure events.

4. 3.5 Ton Vehicle Service Terms

Our 3.5 Ton vehicles are available for medium-scale cargo transport and commercial deliveries.

Clients must ensure: • Goods do not exceed legal weight limits • Items are properly packed • Hazardous materials are declared in advance

The company reserves the right to refuse transport of restricted or illegal goods. GPS tracking may be used for delivery monitoring.

5. Payments & Billing

All services require agreed payment terms. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. Transport bookings may require advance confirmation payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our IT or transport services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total service amount paid by the client.
